Bring your laptop and settle into an available shared desk for five consecutive weekdays. Reserve your dates at least one week before your first day so we can confirm space and arrange your introduction.
You share the workspace and take your gear home after each visit. Your Work Week does not include a reserved desk or virtual office services.

What does Victoria Work Week cost?
$195 for five consecutive weekdays in Canadian dollars. This is a one-week package, not a recurring monthly membership.
How far ahead must I book?
Bookings must be made at least one week before your first day and are subject to availability. Contact us with your preferred dates so we can confirm your booking and arrival arrangements.
Do out-of-town visitors need an in-person tour?
Out-of-town visitors must complete a Zoom video call before access is arranged. We use the call to meet you, explain the workspace and confirm arrival arrangements. Local customers complete an in-person tour before starting.
What are the meeting room conditions?
Up to one hour per booked Work Week day is included. Advance booking is required and all room bookings are subject to availability. You must be present. Unused time does not accumulate, roll over or transfer to another person or day. Please cancel bookings you cannot attend and finish within your reserved time.
What is included, and what is excluded?
An available shared desk, ergonomic chair, wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, and the daily meeting room allowance. Take your belongings home after each visit. A reserved desk, virtual office services and weekend days are not included. Access arrangements are confirmed before arrival.
Does the 2026 membership discount apply?
Victoria Work Week is $195 and is not part of the 10% End of Year Special for regular monthly Shared Desk and Dedicated Desk memberships.
