What does the plan cost?
$159 per month in Canadian dollars: the $89 virtual office service plus $70 for two meeting room hours per month.
What is included?
A downtown Victoria business mailing address at 810 Humboldt Street, Suite A02, secure mail handling with pickup or forwarding arrangements, and two meeting room hours per month. Coworking desk access is not included.
How do meeting room bookings work?
Book in advance, subject to availability. The member must be present and is responsible for their guests. The two-hour allowance applies to each monthly billing period; unused time does not accumulate, roll over or transfer. Please cancel bookings you cannot attend and finish within your reserved time.
Can I book additional hours?
Ask us about availability and pricing for additional hours before booking. Extra hours are not included in the monthly fee.
Do I need a tour?
An in-person orientation is required before your first meeting room booking. We explain access, guest arrivals and room use.
How is mail handled?
Mail is checked daily and can be held for pickup or forwarded to a Canadian or international address. We confirm forwarding arrangements when setting up your service.
Can I use a desk or work here all day?
No. This plan includes business address services and booked meeting room time only. Choose a coworking membership or pass for desk access.
